Wendy Williams, Brandy and More on Lessons From Their Fathers

Dozens of celebs reflect on dads in our Fathers' Day exclusive.

There are few bonds stronger than the one between a father and child. Those lucky enough to have a strong relationship with their dads usually have a few lessons they've internalized from the first man in their lives.
In anticipation of Father's Day this Sunday, we asked dozens of celebs to share the most important lessons they learned from their dads. The answers from Boris Kodjoe, Taraji P. Henson, Brandy and many more might cause you to shed a tear or two.

Wendy Williams
talks about how her dad was the first person to give her career advice ("find something you love to do that doesn't feel like a job most of the time," he told her), while Cedric the Entertainer, who says he didn't live with his father growing up, nevertheless valued the consistent role he played in his life.
