Report: Justin Bieber Not Drag Racing Before DUI Bust

Surveillance footage doesn't show singer speeding through Miami streets.

More conflicting details have leaked out from Justin Bieber's DUI arrest in Miami last week. CBS 4 Miami obtained video footage from the night of the bust that doesn't show any reported drag racing between Bieber and friend Khalil Sharieff, who was also popped at the scene.

Cops says Bieber and Sharieff were racing on a Miami street blocked off by members of the 19-year-old singer's camp, yet surveillance footage paints a totally different picture.

What the recording actually shows is The Biebs in a rented yellow Lamborghini slowly leading a pack of other vehicles, including a red Ferrari driven by Sharieff. None of the cars appear to be speeding or racing, and a police cruiser is even seen following close behind.

According to TMZ, the GPS tracking device inside both luxury rides say they were only going 27 mph.

This new speed information follows a police report stating Bieber's blood alcohol level was .014 not 0.04, which authorities originally said.

As for Bieber, the teen has hightailed it out of Miami and landed in Panama where he could be on the receiving end of a few words of advice from Usher and manager Scotter Braun. While E! News reported that the trip is to "relax and do some sports," TMZ reports that Usher and Braun flew in for a heart-to-heart with Bieber to help get him back on track.
