While Dwyane Wade has seen better days, he's still making the time to make sure that his wife Gabrielle Union's special day is a memorable one.

After learning that he was hit with a $25,000 fine by the NBA for making a throat-slashing gesture after the end of his first home game against the Boston Celtics, the basketball player still didn't let the news bring him down, choosing to focus instead on wishing his wife a happy birthday.

In Wade's post dedicated to Union, who turned 44 day, he lovingly calls her "ageless," and pens an adorable caption on Instagram, while also including an absolute fire throwback of her posing in the nude.

"Radar Radar ooooooohhhh you was on my Radar!!! From then to now," he writes. "Happy Birthday ageless one."

He then takes the opportunity to throw a little shade to the NBA, but also kept it all love.

"I would have gotten you something extravagant but I just got fined for 25grand," Wade continues. "Set a brother back like a big dog BUT we will enjoy your day. I love you Mrs. Wade."

Totally adorable, and also appreciated how he has a sense of humor regarding his recent penalty.
