Trina and Raymond Taylor became engaged back in September, and apparently, the Love & Hip Hop: Miami cameras were rolling to capture the lovely proposal!
The heartwarming moment came shortly after Trina wrapped up a music video shoot for her single “Receipts.” While raising a cup for the successful production, cameras captured the exact moment when Ray went on bended knee to ask Trina for her hand in marriage.
“Today is definitely going to be history. I’ve just got to ask you a question...will you spend the rest of your life with me?” Ray questioned Trina before pulling out a massive diamond engagement ring.
Clearly speechless, Trina looked stunning as he slid the luxe diamond on her ring finger. “I didn’t even see him on one knee,” she explained in a confessional. “I don’t even know if I said yes at the moment [...] when did you have time? When were you away from me that long to get the ring?”
In his own confessional, the former college basketball player and Miami rapper explained, “I do feel like Trina is my soulmate. And I just want to be a representation of relentlessness so whatever she go through she knows she has a partner.”
