Lil Duval Blows Up Twitter With ‘Black Men Don’t Cheat’ Shenanigans
In addition to performing his single, “City Boy,” the 2019 Hip Hop Awards host Lil Duval took his musical talents a bit further with his rap single proclamation: “Black men don’t cheat.”
In a side-splitting parody of Kanye West’s Sunday Service gatherings, Duval entered the stage equipped with a keyboard and five back up “choir members” who echoed his every word during their performance.
Dressed in sunglasses and a sweatshirt with “HOLY SPIRIT” spelled across the front, the Florida stand up comedian preached the “word,” confidently declaring the faithfulness of Black men across the world.
The crew, including comedian Jayski, had quite the audience participation from Black men who agreed with the ensemble, throwing a fist in the air in their solidarity with the 42-year-old.
