Megan Thee Stallion And Normani Tease ‘Birds Of Prey’ Collaboration

Megan posted some BTS shots of the two on social media yesterday.

Megan Thee Stallion and Normani both had successful runs in 2019, and it seems they’ll be continuing their hot streak in 2020. The Houston rapper and R&B songstress are reportedly teaming up for a new collaboration that will be featured on the soundtrack of DC Film’s forthcoming Birds of Prey blockbuster. This comes after Megan and Normani made appearances on soundtracks accompanying Queen & Slim and Charlie’s Angels, respectively.

  • Fans speculated something may be up after Megan posted a behind-the-scenes clip to her Instagram page yesterday (Dec. 17) that appeared to be taken during a video shoot. In the post, Meg rapped along to her hit single, “Cash S**t,” as she displayed her latest Harley Quinn-inspired makeup look.

Clips of her and Normani on set together began to circulate on social media last night. Megan then verified the news after she shared several stills from what appears to be a music video that featured the singer. “I don’t [know] if I attract crazy or if I make ‘em that way,” the post’s caption read. She also tagged the film’s official Instagram account.

  • Not much else has been confirmed as of yet. The track is rumored to be titled “Diamonds” and was reportedly written by singer-songwriters Tayla Parx and Karmen Glasper, who have worked with a number of top artists.

  • It appears the film is assembling a fierce lineup of women killing the game right now. Earlier this week, Doja Cat revealed that she had recorded a song titled “Boss B**ch” for the movie’s soundtrack as well. Birds of Prey is slated to premiere February 7.
