Stacey Dash is at it again. The Fox News host ruffled feathers on Tuesday by implying that women have only themselves to blame for the gender pay gap. 
During a discussion about Hollywood actresses' outcry over being paid an average of 40 cents to the dollar compared to men in the entertainment industry, Dash made it clear she's not going to be raising her fist for the cause anytime soon. 
“There needs to be a demand for more aspirational leading female roles. This being said, there also needs to be an understanding of the difference between worth and value,” she explained. “You know, if you become valuable, if you know what your value is, then you’re worth more. So that’s what you have to figure out.”
Her advice? “Be a better negotiator,” she said. “Know your value.”
We wonder if Dash would feel the same way if she had a chance to compare her paycheck to those of the male hosts at Fox News?
