Once upon a time, Erica Mena was a member of the cast of a show you may know called Love & Hip Hop: New York and =played an integral role in the series' massive success.

Since then, she's decided to take a back seat on the drama and left the show she once called #MenaMondays. Though she's been out of the L&HH limelight for quite some time, she proved that she's still got that fire that made her a household name in reality TV after getting into a verbal dispute with one of the newest members of the franchise.

The Love & Hip Hop rookie Erica dragged is none other than Hollywood newcomer Zell Swag.
