Looks like there’s more trouble brewing at Kandi Burruss’ Old Lady Gang restaurant. Her husband and business partner Todd Tucker was reportedly sued by contractor Charles Busbee for unpaid services.

According to RadarOnline.com, Busbee claims Tucker’s architect, Cedric Drayton, wrote himself several bad checks after working on the restaurant from March 19 to June 27, 2016. Busbee claims that the bad checks resulted to $16, 512.

This is only the latest drama going down at Kandi’s Old Lady Gang restaurant. The restaurant received a “C” grading by the Georgia Health Inspector for several health code violations when it opened in August. Luckily for Kandi and the OLG staff, they quickly turned it around receiving an “A” after fixing the infractions.
