Bobby Brown Files for Guardianship of Bobbi Kristina's Estate
Bobby Brown has filed for guardianship over Bobbi Kristina Brown’s estate, according to a report by WXIA.
The status of Bobbi Kristina’s health has been worrisome to friends and family. Just last week, her father told a Dallas crowd during one of his concerts that she was “awake” after being placed in a medically-induced coma, but his lawyer clarified that she was embarking on a rehabilitation process. She was reportedly improving.
David W. Long, the attorney for Bobbi Kristina’s grandmother Cissy Houston, released a statement that said:
"This is a family matter involving sensitive information. We hope to resolve this in a manner that is respectful of Bobbi Kristina's sensitive health information. The Houston family has always looked out for the best interest of Bobbi Kristina Brown. The family has done so all of her life and will continue to do so. We trust that others have the same objective."
