Mother Allegedly Tried To Run Over Her Daughter's Ex-Husband After He Revealed They Had An Affair
A Florida woman was arrested on felony charges after she allegedly tried to use her car to run over her daughter’s ex-husband after he revealed the two had an affair.
According to an arrest report, Kathleen Regina Davis, 58, was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill for trying to run down the 33-year-old, identified by DailyMail.com as Michael Sciarra.
Davis told Palm Beach Gardens police officers she had a sexual relationship with Sciarra while he was still with her daughter, Hannah Sciarra. Davis also alleged her relationship with her daughter was ruined after Sciarra exposed their affair, reported the Palm Beach Post.
On Sept. 20, Davis went to Sciarra’s house, where she allegedly hurled eggs at his car and home. Sciarra called the police, and when they arrived, they witnessed Davis trying to hit the man with her Mercedes-Benz.
Sciarra told police he was nearly hit by Davis’ vehicle multiple times and Davis confirmed she was trying to run him down and she wanted him to die, reported the Palm Beach Post.
The Palm Beach Post also pointed out that the police report refers to Sciarra as Davis’ daughter’s ex-boyfriend. However, records indicate he and the daughter are in the midst of divorce proceedings.
Davis was released from the Palm Beach County Jail on Sept. 22 after posting a $3,000 bond.
