Chika is letting her fans and followers know that she’s been in-and-out of the hospital recently while battling kidney failure.

On Sunday (July 9), the 26-year-old rapper took to her Instagram account to reveal her hospitalization while posting a photo of herself in a blue hospital gown and an IV in her arm.

“Been in the ICU twice in the past month and it’s so friggin boring that i have resorted to taking prison photos. enjoy. album in a couple- a weekz,” she captioned the post.

As fans began spreading rumors in her comment section as to why she was hospitalized, Chika responded, writing: “You know you can spend 3 days in ICU and then get moved to the regular floor right. Please shut the f**k up, i had kidney failure.”

Previously, Chika has been open about her struggles with her physical and mental health battles in the past, revealing that she almost attempted to commit suicide in 2022.
