The 18-year-old man Kanye West allegedly attacked for using racial slurs against Kim Kardashian is now more than $250,000 richer.

Yeezy reportedly reached a civil settlement to make the whole thing disappear, and the teen involved will not be pressing criminal charges. 

The taunter allegedly called Kim Kardashian a "n----r lover," among other things, after she was flanked by paparazzi in Beverly Hills, Calif. earlier this month. He has never been publicly identified, but sources connected to the matter claim that he asked for more than six figures.

West's civil lawyer, Shawn Holley, hasn't confirmed the legal agreement. 

Although the Los Angeles County District Attorney's officer hasn't decided not to seek battery charges against West, the case will likely be dropped all together. Moreover, the D.A. could have trouble convincing a jury to side against 'Ye given the fact that the victim is uncooperative and heckled Kardashian with racial epithets. 

On The Ellen DeGeneres Show this month, Kardashian said she couldn't talk about the attack because it was still a legal matter. Prior to the settlement news, insiders close to the reality star said she planned to press charges against the beating victim.
