Ludacris Performs Free Concert At Milwaukee’s 3rd Street Market Hall
On Saturday (June 22), Ludacris performed an unannounced free concert at Milwaukee’s 3rd Street Market Hall.
The hip-hop legend came into the food hall to perform his hit single “Move (Expletive)” with a JBL speaker wrapped around his shoulder. Local rapper SteveDaStoner was seen behind him as a hype man.
Storms cut short Ludacris's headlining set at the Tacos and Tequila Festival at Franklin Field that night.
“As much as it pained us to receive the news, we had to shut down due to extreme weather conditions and [lightning]. Safety is ALWAYS the first priority,” a spokesperson for the event said in a statement on Facebook. “Other festivals [and] live events in the area were also forced to evacuate. Our weather teams were able to closely monitor and get in as much of the show as possible and Milwaukee… You guys showed up and showed out and we appreciate you. Stay dry and see you all next year!”
