Nick Cannon Hosts Six Flags Magic Mountain 12th Birthday Party For Twins Roc And Roe
You only turn 12 once and Nick Cannon made sure that his twins Monroe and Moroccan also known as Roe and Roc had an amazing birthday.
The twins, whom Cannon shares with Mariah Carey, celebrated their birthday on Sunday, April 30th and Cannon rented out Six Flags Magic Mountain and had the twins' friends flown in "from all over" to celebrate.
Cannon shared a fun video recap to Instagram with the caption, “Happy 12th Birthday to my first borns Roc & Roe! [party hat emoji; red heart emoji] Daddy loves y’all forever!”
In the video the twins and their friends are seen wearing matching sweatshirts and playing carnival games, riding roller coasters, and, of course, enjoying birthday cake.
Cannon joked that they “rocked all night long until about midnight.”
According to Vibe, just ahead of the celebration, Cannon appeared on the Howie Mandel Does Stuff podcast, saying, "It’s my first time having 12-year-olds, and I have a set of them! And we’re having real conversations,” he added, “Because, you know, their lives are far from normal. Their mom is one of the biggest entertainers to ever live and their dad is me.”
While the entertainer has often talked about expanding his large family, he seems to have taken a step back, telling Mandel, “I’m good with my dozen.”
Mariah Carey and Cannon were married from 2008 until 2016 and welcomed their twins in 2011.
The multi-Grammy Award-winner also threw a more intimate party for the twins, tweeting, "Happy birthday to my favorite people on the planet!!! I thank God for you every day! “Our love is Supernatural!!!” Ooh darlings ‘cause you’ll ALWAYS be my babies!!!
In addition to his 12-year-old twins, Cannon is also father to three children—Golden Sagon, Powerful Queen, Rise Messiah—with Brittany Bell, twins Zillion Heir and Zion Mixolydian plus Beautiful Zeppelin with Abby De La Rosa, Legendary Love with Bre Tiesi, Onyx Ice with LaNisha Cole, and Halo Marie with Alyssa Scott. He and Scott’s first child, Zen, passed away in December 2021.
