Actress and author Garcelle Beauvais has been booked and busy. BET.com: What are some ways to indulge in self-care with the Febreze home fragrance?

Garcelle Beauvais: It’s what Febreze is calling Scent Styling, and what I love about it is that a scent can really set your mood. If I’m feeling like what I want to be calm or want to meditate, I use Febreze AIR Linen & Sky- it’s a clean, light scent that makes me feel like I can just exhale. And I think any time you have something that can make you pause and just take a moment for yourself because we all have busy lives, I’m all for it.

Garcelle Beauvais: I personally love anything that’s citrusy, I think there is something exciting about it, and I love the smell. BET.com: What are other everyday essentials and routines you partake in for wellness as a busy mom in Hollywood?

Garcelle Beauvais: I try to take baths after a long day with candles and bath oils to refocus. If I’m running around and I don’t have time, I always keep lavender essential oils with me or rub it in my hands with it. Sometimes I will drop a couple of droplets in my face mask, and that just gets me to breathe and slow down.

BET.com: You have such flawless skin; can you tell us one beauty secret you can’t live without?

Garcelle Beauvais: Moisturizing is the key for me, especially since I have eczema.
