From Janet Jackson to Kelly Rowland and Nicki Minaj, problems with performance outfits can seem ubiquitous. As for Usher, he’s not about to stop the party for anything if he can help it, and that includes a wardrobe malfunction.

Such is the case when the R&B superstar performed for the William J. Clinton Decade of Difference Concert at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles Saturday evening. While rocking out to “OMG” in all black, a video shows the father of two revealing a huge gash in his left pant leg.

Rather than make a big deal of it, the seasoned performer looks down and makes light of it, saying, “I work hard.” He then pulls on a pair of black shades and dances right through the rip.
