Verzuz is confirming that Cypress Hill and Onyx will face off in the latest matchup.
On March 23, Verzuz organizers announced several matchups, including the New York vs. California battle. The event is slated to take place in Los Angeles.
The package is part of a “fight night music” promotion from Triller, who is also featuring a boxing match between Sergey Kovalev and Tervel Pulev.
The Verzuz battle comes after a great year of memorable matchups between music legends in 2021. Ja Rule vs. Fat Joe, Gucci Mane vs. Jeezy, and The L.O.X. vs. Dipset were among the amazing Hip Hop moments of yesteryear.
