Tasha Smith to Pay $50K in Spousal Support
For Better or Worse star Tasha Smith made headlines last month after she filed a restraining order against her husband of three years, Keith Douglas. Now, the actress has officially cut all ties, slapping him with divorce papers.
According to TMZ, this bold decision is costing the Why Did I Get Married? actress a bundle of cash. Since Smith is the primary bread winner, the judge is ordering that she pay Douglas $50,000 in spousal support up front. This payment was put in place to appease Douglas until a permanent support agreement is solidified in divorce court.
Back in November, Keith Douglas filed a restraining order against the actress claiming that she breaks out into drunken tantrums. Due to his allegations, a judge ordered Smith to stay two yards away from him while they were together in their home and 100 yards away outside of the home.
