Someone made it rain — bullets — outside a Houston strip club early Wednesday morning and local rap star Trae Tha Truth was injured during the gun fire.

According to FOX 26 News, Trae was among the injured in a shooting that left three people (two men, one woman) dead. Trae and another male patron were taken to local hospitals as police inspected the crime scene at Scores Cabaret. Witnesses said that more than 20 shots were fired in the parking lot of the gentlemen’s club.

A tweet from @LowLifeDynasty reported that the raspy-voiced rapper suffered from a minor gunshot wound. In a posted picture, Trae, who inked a deal with T.I.'s Grand Hustle label in February, is seen in the hospital posing with someone from the hospital's medical staff.

Houston police have not identified if there was more than one shooter involved.
