In 2022, amid a hectic schedule, Keke lent her voice to Pixar’s Lightyear as Izzy Hawthorne, granddaughter of Alisha Hawthorne, who “fights in the colony's defense forces with Buzz against Zurg.” The film ultimately became the third highest-grossing animated movie of the year in the US and the fourth worldwide.

Keke made a guest voice appearance on Netflix’s Karma's World as rapper CeCe Dupree for a three-part episode titled “Save the Center.” The computer-animated musical comedy was created by rapper turned-actor Chris “Ludacris” Bridges, who also stars in the series.

Keke’s character Peaches, a highly intelligent mammoth, appeared close to the end of Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs. She is the daughter of Manny and Ellie and can also be seen in Ice Age: Continental Drift as a teenager and young adult in Ice Age: Collision Course.

Disney's hit animated series The Proud Family returned in 2022 with its reboot Louder and Prouder, which includes all the familiar faces and some new ones, including Keke’s character Maya Leibowitz-Jenkin.

Keke voiced Aisha from seasons three to six in the animated fantasy series Winx Club. The series follows the adventures of a group of girls known as the Winx, students at the Alfea College for Fairies, who turn into fairies to fight villains.
