Rick Ross Is Working on a New Album
Kidnapping and pistol-whipping allegations can’t hold Rick Ross down.
According to his lawyer, Ross is back in the studio constructing his next album, tentatively titled Black Dollar, and it'll be “dropping soon.” Adamma McKinnon spoke with the Daily Beast for a story called "Rick Ross’s Worst Week Ever" that was published while her client was still in jail last week.

McKinnon said that the 39-year-old isn't stressing claims that he assaulted a man, because the Bawse is the real victim here. “He’s someone who has reached a certain plateau and there are people after celebrities like [Roberts] and looking for monetary gain,” she said.
Ross will have a lot of stories to spit about with this new album, should he choose to do so. Before last week’s arrest, he was busted for marijuana possession, and a studio where he has an office was the subject of a “random” parking-lot shooting yesterday.
We’ll keep you posted if any of the above topics make it to Black Dollar. In the meantime, check the video below to see fans try to match Ross and other rappers to their respective crews for BET.com's Sound Check: Are You Down With the Clique?
