Bow Wow Sheds Light On His Recent Problematic Behavior In A Heartbreaking PSA

"People don't understand how hard this sh*t is..."

It's no secret that Bow Wow has been going through... something, to say the least.

  • He’s lashed out on the set of Growing Up Hip-Hop: Atlanta. He’s given away his money via Cash App as a social experiment to prove that money doesn't equate happiness, and it was even revealed in a series post-and-delete tweets that he lost his son earlier this year.

For some reason, this trail of bad karma follows the Ohio native, and he can’t seem to shake it. Yesterday, Bow announced he was blocking his friends for a week over some “foo foo s**t.”

  • The post aligned with the announcement of his new "Misunderstood" web series, which launched on his YouTube channel. The 31-year-old emcee discusses the price of fame, mainly its downside.

  • "Motherf***ers just tend to f**k with me and the moment I erupt or go crazy on a motherf***er, I'm looked at as the bad guy and there's only so much a n**** can take..."

He went on to discuss how he hears and reads everything people say about him. The only thing that actually affects him is things regarding his 7-year-old daughter, Shai, and his girlfriend, Kiyomi. "There's a cutoff point between what's entertainment and what's real." Bow, honestly, is fed up with the countless labels and empty prayers. He regards himself as a peaceful, humble man, but is liable to turn up if someone pushes the wrong button.

He responded to the allegations of him being crazy when he chose to give away money via Cash App but felt some type of way when Travis Scott was praised for doing the same thing. The 11-minute video continues with him saying he's forced to be defensive and is often very paranoid. During season one of Growing Up Hip-Hop: Atlanta, he was even stalked and received death threats. So, it makes sense why he feels the need to have his guard up.

Despite what anyone says, he is definitely a legend in his own right and deserves respect on his name.
