Obama Staged Aurora Shooting to Ban Guns, Says Megadeth Singer

Dave Mustaine, frontman for the rock band Megadeth, made the claim that Obama is staging shootings around the country in an effort to provide justification for the prohibition of guns.

All conspiracy theories aren’t created equal.

Dave Mustaine, frontman for the rock band Megadeth, dropped the latest (and possibly most outlandish) C-bomb against President Obama earlier this month when he made the claim that Obama is staging shootings around the country in an effort to provide justification for the prohibition of guns. TMZ reports:

Mustaine made the comments on stage at an August 7 performance in Singapore ... when he told the crowd, "Back in my country, my president ... he's trying to pass a gun ban, so he's staging all of these murders, like the 'Fast And Furious' thing down at the border ... Aurora, Colorado, all the people that were killed there ... and now the beautiful people at the Sikh temple."

He continued, "I don't know where I'm gonna live if America keeps going the way it's going because it looks like it's turning into Nazi America.”

Mustaine’s half-baked outburst puts his “theory” squarely on the crazy end of the conspiracy spectrum. Or if he is right, then Obama must have gotten a head start on his alleged goal of a gun-free America, because some of these mass shootings may have never happened if he hadn’t.
