More bold-faced names have been added to the list of presenters and performers at this year's BET Awards.
Tyler Perry, Laz Alonso, Jamie Foxx and his Django Unchained director Quentin Tarantino will join Kevin Hart, Taraji P. Henson, Meagan Good and Cedric the Entertainer to present awards.
The brightest gospel talent from BET's Sunday Best — judge Yolanda Adams, Season 4 winner Amber Bullock, Season 2 winner Y’Anna Crawley and Season 2 first runner-up Jessica Reedy — have been added to the impressive roster of performers, which already includes D’Angelo, Usher, Chris Brown, Nicki Minaj, Rick Ross, Wale, Meek Mill, 2 Chainz, Big Sean and G.O.O.D. Music.
The show will also feature the superstars of tomorrow: BET Music Matters artists Jennah Bell and Charles Perry, along with the winner of BET's Next Big Music Star contest Marquis "DMT The Rapper" Taylor. Taylor beat hundreds of aspiring artists who vied for the chance to win exclusive access to the BET Awards 2012 and an appearance on the 106 & Park pre-show.
The BET Awards will air live on Sunday, July 1 at 8P/7P Central from the Shrine Auditorium in downtown Los Angeles.
