Amanda Bynes: "I Love Drake"
Amanda Bynes may be holed up in a psychiatric hospital seeking treatment for her behavioral issues, but that's not going to keep the troubled actress from tweeting about her one true love.
"I love Drake," Bynes declared on the social media site on Saturday. It's her first tweet since she entered UCLA Medical Center's psychiatric ward. The last one, on July 19, read, "Drake is gorgeous."
Bynes was recently put under the conservatorship of her parents after her bizarre behavior hit a peak in July, when she was found standing in the driveway of a retirement home with a dog she had doused in gasoline.
While you can't blame a girl for crushing on the handsome rapper, Drake seems clear he's not seeking out the attention. "I don't even know who is doing that or what that's about," Drake said in an interview for XXL magazine. "If that is her, I guess it's a little weird and disturbing."
Bynes' prior tweets about the "Headlines" rapper included such expletives as "I want drake to murder my v-----," and then alternately calling the Toronto rapper "ugly" and "gorgeous."
"It's obviously a behavioral pattern that is way bigger than me," Drake added. "Whoever is behind it, whether it's her or somebody else, they know people are paying attention so they keep it going."
Drake isn't the only one to offer sympathy for the struggling former child star. Nick Cannon also penned a supportive open letter addressed to her on August 2. Cannon and Bynes got their starts together on the Nickelodeon show All That.
