A California gang member arrested by the Fresno Police Department on a weapons charge is being dubbed the new "hot felon" after her mugshot went viral in hours.
Mirella Ponce, 20, was arrested on two felony charges on Monday after she was stopped by police officers.
Ponce, who is a member of the Tiny Rascal Gang (TRG), was stopped in a vehicle with other gang members, a loaded gun, and an infant, according to the Fresno police arrest report.
She's been charged with carrying a concealed firearm and a stolen firearm. Her bail has been set at $50,000 for each charge.
The Fresno Police Department posted an image of Ponce and her purple firearm to their Facebook page
