Chinx's Wife Stars in the 'On Your Body' Video
Chinx’s posthumous album, Welcome to JFK, is just a few weeks away. To honor him and the upcoming release on Aug. 14, Chinx’s team has shared the official video for “On Your Body” featuring MeetSims.
The radio-friendly record is vastly different from Chinx’s previous singles like “Couple Hittaz” and “Feelings.” This time around, Chinx raps and sings about a special girl he’s obsessing over. The video, directed by his manager Doug “Biggs” Ellison and Sergio Parra, stars Chinx’s wife Janelli Pickens as the center of attention. She’s requested for a special dinner through mysterious notes with the signature “Yay!,” which is also Chinx’s famous ad-lib.
When she gets to the restaurant, she’s met with her family and children. Even through pain and suffering, Mrs. Pickens looks like she’s staying strong with a smile on her face despite her recent loss.
