The man accused of stalking Sanaa Lathan has pled guilty to criminal trespassing and has been ordered to undergo at least one year of intensive psychiatric counseling, TMZ reports.
Shawn Caples, who was discovered sleeping in the Love & Basketball actress's home earlier this month and allegedly introduced himself to police as her husband, will face three years of probation and has been ordered to stay away from Lathan for three years. 
It doesn't seem like Caples will face jail time for the trespassing on Lathan's property.
