Clary previously renounced her support for the disgraced R&B singer following reports that she was no longer staying at his condo at the Trump Tower in Chicago. The 22-year-old, along with Joycelyn Savage, had staunchly defended Kelly amid the explosive aftermath of Lifetime’s original investigative series into the myriad of sexual abuse allegations that have marred Kelly throughout his music career.

While Savage has seemingly continued to stay by the incarcerated R&B singer’s side, Clary is beginning a new chapter of her life away from Kelly’s influence after she reconnected with her family earlier this month.

Most recently, Clary sat down for a harrowing interview with The Sun where she revealed some of the horrific abuse that she experienced during her relationship with R. Kelly. Speaking to the UK publication, Clary alleged that Kelly would have her and other women document themselves engaged in “degrading” sexual acts with minors. According to Clary, he kept a collection of these alleged incidents in the event that his victims would come forward against him. 

“I think a lot of women are embarrassed or ashamed to come out because of stuff like that. Because it’ll be incriminating them,” she told The Sun, adding “there’s so much stuff. He has letters from people saying they stole from him.” 

She continued, “he has letters from people saying that they've been molested or touched by their parents or their brothers or a family member. He even has people on film molesting their younger nieces or younger brothers. And so I know a lot of women out there are too embarrassed, humiliated, and ashamed to come out because this man had that much power to control them, to make them molest their younger niece or to molest their younger brother.”

Clary clarified that she has personally never “ever done anything like that,” but she has witnessed these purported acts. She then alleged one instance where Kelly badly beat her with a shoe after he caught her talking with her friends on the phone. She told the publication Kelly became irate with her because he felt she was “keeping things from him.” 

She further detailed how Kelly controlled what his alleged girlfriends could do, telling The Sun that they had to ask him for permission to eat and go to the bathroom. Additionally, unreleased photos of the 22-year-old with Kelly have also been revealed. In one photo, Clary and Kelly are at the beach together wherein the other is a snapshot from when she first moved in with Kelly. Clary was reportedly 17 at the time.

The Sun reported that an unnamed lawyer for Kelly disputed Azriel’s allegations. However, her recountal mirrored those that have since been brought against the 52-year-old after Lifetime covered them in both of their investigative docu-series on the R&B singer.
