Love & Hip Hop Hollywood star Hazel-E is reeling from backlash surrounding her recent homophobic and racially offensive remarks on Instagram.

During a recent chat with TMZ.com, Hazel issued an apology to LGBTQ fans and supporters that she may have offended when she said, “Burn in hell like God said in the Bible,” on her boyfriend Rose Burgandy’s IG  post urging all homosexuals to “die and go to hell.” The couple’s homophobic rant came in the midst of their beef with Instagram comedian Jess Hilarious.

Hazel claims that while she’s remorseful for offending her LGBTQ fanbase, her comments were taken out of context. Although she doesn’t wish death on anyone because of their sexuality, the reality star is holding true to the religious-based aspect of her comments.

While Hazel is addressing her homophobic comments, she has yet to make a statement regarding her comments bashing her darker skinned LHHH castmates.

Remorse for her contexts coincidentally comes after ShoeDazzle, a company she partners with, and Love & Hip Hop creator Mona Scott Young both released unofficial statements regarding the situation.
