Official details stating the real reason why Soulja Boy was fired from Love & Hip-Hop: Hollywood have been revealed and they're pretty disturbing.

According to theJasmineBRAND.com, the rapper was fired from the show after threatening his girlfriend, Nia Riley, with a gun.

Despite Soulja Boy saying he quit the show because he felt like his brand was "too big for the show" and it's "too ratchet," sources say he was actually fired "after he threatened Nia on social media, pulling out a gun."

"That was the last straw," the source continued. "What he did was irresponsible, dangerous and producers considered that a threat. His behavior got him fired."

Both VH1 and higher-ups were reportedly upset when they found out what he had done and made the executive decision to give him the ax.

"That's not the brand that VH1 nor the franchise wants to have," the source said. "They had to fire him. If anything had happened to Nia, they would have felt partially responsible for not intervening."
