Two weeks after his Memorial Day weekend jet ski accident, 21-year-old singer Sean Kingston is showing marked improvement. We reported last week that Kingston was awake, but using a breathing tube. TMZ is reporting that he is now able to walk around his hospital room. His representative told the site: “Sean is breathing on his own and walked for the first time this morning. Sean Kingston continues to be hospitalized at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami. His condition has been upgraded to serious. Sean thanks his friends, family and fans for their outpouring of prayers and well wishes.” After weeks of being rated as “critical,” this is a huge step in the right direction.
