Nick Cannon infamously left America's Got Talent because they tried to "tame his Blackness," so when he found out they were trying to replace him with another Black face, he was a little taken aback.

The three men rumored to be considered for the hosting gig are Marlon Wayans, Brandon Mychal Smith and Tone Bell.

TMZ caught up with the comedian last night at Craig's, where he gave his choice on who should fill his shoes.

"Why they goin' with the Black guys?" he said. "I think Mario Lopez should do it. Let Mario do that s**t."
