Lamar Odom's family is not giving up on the hopes of him entering a rehabilitation program as, according to Extra, they're not looking for additional options to present to him.

Sources close to his family told Extra that they're going to extra mile to ensure that he gets the help he needs, with his cousin Alvina Alston and Darryl Strawberry both searching for an in-patient care facility in the New York City area. That way, Lamar can stay close to his loves ones while he's receiving treatment.

Lamar reportedly wants to remain close to his friends and family, so this can potentially work very well in his favor if done right.
