Halle Berry's Custody Woes Linger

The Oscar winner reportedly fears for safety of daughter when in the care of her father

There goes the idea that Halle Berry and ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry can get along when it comes to co-parenting their daughter, Nahla. The former couple kicked off what looked to be a nasty custody battle, but ultimately stopped the bitter back–and–forth in the press in an effort to show a united front. Well, now things are back to their previous "normal."

TMZ reports that the Oscar–winning actress has filed new legal documents accusing the successful model of violating their custody agreement. Sources close to Berry say she is concerned for the safety of her three–year–old daughter when left in the care of Gabriel. The source would not specify just what terms of the agreement Berry believes Gabriel violated.

Lawyers for Halle filed lengthy documents which reportedly go into great detail about Gabriel’s parenting skills. Among the claims is an incident overseas in which she claims Gabriel neglected Nahla, putting her at risk for harm. The Frankie and Alice star wants a judge to find Gabriel in violation of the custody order.
