Oliver Martinez's temper has apparently gotten him into more trouble in the new year as he is currently the suspect in a battery investigation at LAX.

According to TMZ, Martinez, along with Halle Berry, 6-year-old daughter Nahla and 1-year-old Maceo, arrived at the Tom Bradley International Terminal at 1:45 p.m. on Sunday. After photographers got too close to the family, it was reported that Martinez got heated. Police say that he then shoved an empty car seat into an airport employee, causing him to fall backward.

Following the incident, the employee was taken to the hospital where he complained of abdominal pain. He eventually filed a battery report against Martinez.

This is not the first time that Martinez took his aggression out on another individual. Back in 2012, he was involved in a bloody fight with Berry's ex Gabriel Aubry, who was unrecognizable following the brawl.
