Beyoncé Brings Out the Stars for NYC Finale \r \r
Beyoncé wrapped the last show in her sold-out four-night concert series at New York's Roseland Ballroom last night, and the stars were aligned for Queen Bey's special evening. Coming out to support the "Best Thing I Never Had" singer were high-profile friends and collaborators Lady Gaga, Usher, Kelly Rowland, Jennifer Hudson, Maxwell and her doting husband, Jay-Z, among others.
The special mini-tour made waves throughout the week as the first of the shows sold out in a mere 22 seconds, the remaining three were gone in minutes. Beyoncé's set list at the concerts included a first half dedicated largely to hits from the Destiny's Child era, while the second half focused exclusively on her new album 4.
4 debuted at number one on the Billboard charts in June, making her only the third artist in history to have their first four albums all bow at the top spot. A video for the new single "Party" was recently shot in New Jersey.
