Baby bend over, let your booty do that yoga.

This pregnant yoga instructor took the ever so popular gym mantra “no excuses” to a whole new level.  Rattana, a fitness trainer and blogger, didn’t let a little pregnancy stop her from posting her daily fitness regimen, which included yoga, of course, and A LOT of squats. At 38 weeks pregnant with twins, the mommy-to-be took to the ‘gram to share a video clip of her perfect form. After seeing her hit about a dozen squats or so and then break out into some tricky yoga poses, you cannot help but be impressed.

Maybe all that exercising induced labor because Rattana gave birth to two beautiful and healthy baby girls the very next day. Expecting mom or not, are you ready to join her squat squad?
