Mother Charged In Death And Sex Trafficking Of 5-Year-Old Daughter

“Kristy is a monster,” the child’s father, Corey Holland, said.

After tearfully mourning the death of her 5-year-old daughter, Kamarie, to local Alabama news station WTVM earlier this month, Kristy Siple has been charged with her murder and alleged sexual abuse.

Alabama Sheriff Heath Taylor of Russell County gave the official word to media in a news conference held Tuesday (Dec. 28th), stating that Siple had been charged with kidnapping, sodomy, and rape in the death of her daughter, who disappeared from Siple’s home Dec. 13.

When asked initially, Siple told investigators that she picked Kamarie up from her father’s home that Sunday, only to find her missing and the front door open the next morning. Similarly, when speaking to WTVM, she maintained that she had nothing to do with the disappearance, going as far as to say: “never, she was my life.” Siple has yet to enter a plea or secure an attorney.

Kamarie’s father, Corey Holland, as indicated in a statement Tuesday night, that he feels differently.

“The amount of pain Kristy has caused by ripping Kamarie out of our lives will never cease,” he said in a statement shared with The Daily Beast. “Kristy is a monster. My family and I will continue to wrestle with the loss of losing our angel Kamarie.”

Additionally, a man by the name of Jeremy Williams was charged with capital murder in the case and arrested on Dec. 15, as Kamarie was found in an abandoned house at one of Williams’ previous addresses,

Sheriff Heath Taylor says Williams and Siple knew each other, although the nature of their relationship cannot be revealed. Taylor also says that additional charges will be filed against him soon.

Williams has a nasty track record with child endangerment. He was previously charged with child abuse in 2009 for allegedly immersing a three-year-old boy’s body in a pot of boiling water, according to local news site CBS42, charged with child abuse in Columbus, Georgia, and was a suspect in the death of a 1-year-old in Alaska.

Williams is not the only one with a shaky past when it comes to children. Siple was already facing child endangerment charges for a 2018 case in which prosecutors allege she exposed her fetus to marijuana while pregnant.

When talking to The Daily Beast, Family members say the child lived primarily with her father, but would not comment on why she was with her mother the day she went missing, citing the gag order in the case.

As for the rest of the family and neighbors, they’re seeking out the full extent of the law.

Holland’s sister and Kamarie’s aunt, Tamrah, said she wanted to see anyone involved in Kamarie’s murder punished to the full extent of the law, adding that for Siple: “If she had any knowledge of Kamarie being hurt, or she had anything to do with Kamarie being hurt, then it’s great, I’m very glad she’s been arrested.”

Holland’s neighbor, Joveta Lewis, is of the same mind.

”I’m glad they brought him over here to Alabama. Because guess what they want. What we want. You read between the lines,” Williams is being charged with capital murder in Alabama., which, per Alabama law, means life in prison without parole or the death penalty.
