Mariah Carey and Daughter Monroe Steal the Show with Christmas Performances
Mariah Carey isn’t the only one in her household who’s a Christmas superfan.
The Grammy Award-winner and her daughter, Monroe Cannon, who she shares with Nick Cannon, recently performed for a sold-out crowd at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles Friday night.
SKIMS founder Kim Kardashian captured the enchanting moment when the mother-daughter duo took the audience on a nostalgic journey, serenading them with "Jesus Born on This Day" from Carey’s 1994 holiday album, “Merry Christmas.”
During the show, the 12-year-old also showed off her instrumental skill by playing the guitar during a performance of “Christmas Wrapping.”
This wasn't Monroe's only recent stage appearance alongside her mother. She and her twin brother, Moroccan, joined their mom during the “Billboard Music Awards” for a special rendition of the singer’s chart-topping holiday hit, “All I Want For Christmas Is You.”
