Faith Evans is being sued by a promoter who claims she’s violating a prior contract she signed over a scheduled performance in Atlanta.

According to TMZ, promoter Jeremy Hill reportedly booked the singer for an appearance at Wolf Creek Amphitheater in Atlanta on September 10, which is just two days after she’s scheduled to take the stage in the same city for that stop of the Bad Boy Family Reunion Tour.

Hill claims the contract she signed has a non-compete clause, which prevents Evans from performing within a 100-mile radius of the amphitheater for six months. This of course violates the agreement if she were to perform during the reunion tour.

The promoter says Evans backed out of the deal after the tour was announced and is seeking $100,000 in damages. He also is attempting to block her from performing at the Bad Boy show. Geez.

Bad Boy Entertainment or Faith Evans haven’t responded to the lawsuit. We’re not entirely sure what grounds Hill has to make such harsh demands, especially since he only booked the singer for $17,500.
