Star Jones Talks NeNe Drama Again: 'You Never Get Involved In A Pig Fight'

Star Jones addresses why she won't argue with 'Celebrity Apprentice' co-star NeNe Leakes.

And the trash talking continues…

Star Jones says she has done everything she can to not stoop to Celebrity Apprentice co-star NeNe Leake’s level.  However, that’s exactly what she’s doing while in the process of “not doing it.” She’s just more sophisticated about it.

Viewers already know how NeNe gets down after watching Sunday's episode, where NeNe inflicts some personal attacks against LaToya Jackson. But, that was enough ammo for Star Jones to call NeNe out (passive aggressively, of course). “You never get involved in a pig fight,” Star tells Pop Eater. “If you do, three things happen: you get dirty, you get tired, and only the pig has fun. It diminishes me to talk about her. I have so many other things going on in my life.”
Star says that in the heat of the action on Celebrity Apprentice, when she's fired up most, she has to stop herself from really going off. “In my heart, I think 'pray, don't act crazy, your grandmother is watching, your sorority sisters are watching, you were raised better than this.”
The former The View host and author of Satan's Sisters says she knows there are people who look to her to set a good example--yet, she used that theory to  throw another verbal dart at NeNe.  “I know there are people that value my opinion,” she says. “Plus, I'm not 20 minutes off the pole.”

Ouch. Then again, this is exactly why these women are on reality TV. They bring the necessary drama. However, in the end, trash talking is trash talking, whether it’s classy or not.
