Queen Latifah Glows in Classic Tuxedo Look On The Red Carpet at amfAR Gala
Queen Latifah stepped out on the red carpet to attend the amfAR Gala in Cannes, France where she was the host. The annual event benefits the Foundation for AIDS Research.
Latifah wore a stunning classic white tuxedo dress designed by Lanvin with a long train and reportedly paired the look with glimmering drop earrings by Chopard Haute Joallerie set with 40 carats of diamonds in a shimmering purple-tinted setting, according to People.
Inside the event at the Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc, Latifah changed into a strapless, black Carolina Herrera gown featuring a fitted bodice and full pleated drop-waist skirt.
While Latifah held down the hosting duties, performers at the star-studded event also included Halsey, Gladys Knight, Adam Lambert and Bebe Rexha.
In March, the Equalizer actress and entrepreneur celebrated her 53rd birthday in Vegas at Usher's residency show at the Dolby Theatre. In a video later shared by Usher, he is seen walking to Latifah's seat, hugging her, and handing her a large bouquet of red flowers and a gift box.
