Drake Denies Rumors of Jay-Z Diss
Looks like people's hunger for some drama is trying to swirl up trouble where there is none. Drake took to Twitter Friday to clear up rumors that he dissed Jay-Z and Kanye in two lines delivered in the last couple of weeks that left fans speculating.
"Hov diss? Hov of all people has not lost it...that’s god body flow," Drake tweeted.
The message was in reference to a line in his recently leaked "Dreams Money Can Buy" where the rapper says, "And I feel like lately I went from top five to remaining five/My favorite rappers either lost it or they ain’t alive."
And a week earlier, he appeared with Lil Wayne and Rick Ross on DJ Khaled's "I'm On One" and added the line "Hate the rumors, hate the bulls--t, hate these f--kin’ allegations/I’m just feelin’ like the throne is for the takin’; watch me take it."
This last line is what fueled rumors that Drizzy was taking a swipe at Jay-Z and Kanye West, who are gearing up for the release of their album "Watch the Throne."
