Over the past week, Tyrese's personal struggles have spilled over onto social media as he remains embroiled in a heated custody battle with his ex-wife Norma Mitchell Gibson. Following a very public breakdown via Instagram, the R&B crooner was clowned mercilessly, even becoming the subject of a viral meme. 

Hip-hop titan Snoop Dogg, however, is taking a different approach by offering the singer some sympathy amid his troubling ordeal. 

Early Thursday afternoon (Nov. 9), Snoop took to Instagram to share some encouraging words with the troubled Fast & Furious star. "This message is for my homeboy Tyrese. Tyrese, we love you, cuh," the Neva Left rapper began the lengthy video. "Get you some rest. Get you some real rest." 

Snoop then goes on to recall a time where Tyrese came to his aid during a difficult chapter in his life. The artists have a seasoned history as both frequent collaborators and sharing the silver screen together in films like Baby Boy. "Everything gon' be alright," Snoop continued. "We love you. We got your back, cuh. You already know that. It's Snoop Dogg." 

"It's in God's hands. Be prayerful," he added. "Be smart. Get you some rest. We love you, cuh."
