It looks like the OVO Sound chief Drake might have (unintentionally) swiped Trey Songz’s Mr. Steal Yo Girl crown a couple of weeks ago with just one Instagram photo featuring Detroit femcee Kash Doll.

The “Check” artist revealed via Angela Yee’s Lip Service show that the flick in question led to a split between her and her boyfriend, Shawn. In the photo, Drizzy has his arms cozily wrapped around Kash from behind as they both pose with warm smiles on their faces. Yee admitted that when she first saw it, she suspected the Kash’s man might have a bone to pick with “a picture like that.”

Surprisingly enough, the 26-year-old confirmed Yee’s speculation and admitted that’s exactly how things fell apart with her boyfriend.

“That’s what happened!” she said. “But it’s just like, this is my world. Like, what do you expect? Like, I’m a rapper, too.”

Kash made an interesting point, elaborating that she doesn’t feel she should need to explain the photo because if the tables were turned, she wouldn’t mind.

“I feel like if my man was a rapper, and he was with Rihanna, and he had a picture just hugging her, I wouldn’t care,” she said. Kash isn’t one to switch up around certain folks or celebrities with status or money, the Brat Mail rapper continued, so the photo wasn’t that big of a deal to her anyway. Especially considering that her and Drizzy are only friends, and he’s been around at some of her most trying times, according to Kash. An intimate relationship was never part of the equation, though.

“I really have mad love for Drake, because when I was stuck in my legal situation, he asked me to come open up for him in Detroit, and I just felt like I was in one of the lowest of my life, and he came and lifted my spirits,” she revealed. “So, it’s like, forever I always got love for him. And we never dealt with each other. It was never nothing like that.”
