It Looks Like Drake Just Sent a Warning Shot to Joe Budden
Joe Budden’s been doing his best recently to get Drake to bite and join in on a beef with him. He’s released numerous diss songs aimed at the Toronto rapper and it seemed like they fell on deaf ears. Until now.
Drizzy took to Instagram yesterday (July 10) and threw some subliminals at somebody, donning a jacket reading, “don’t make me give you back to the hood….” We think Joe’s the target because, hours prior to Drizzy’s post, Budden hit up Twitter and decided to try and grab Drake’s attention once again.
“U alive or naw?” He tweeted directly at Drake in the beginning of the series of tweets. “U charged down ?... “The n****s that’s gonna buy my s**t are the same n****s that’s been buying my s**t, f**k OVO.”
Joe Budden even threw Meek Mill into the fire when he tweeted, “Didn’t u fake f***s cheer in amazement when dude bullied bum a** Meek ? Did the rules change? Lol.”
Last Tuesday (June 5), Joe Budden dropped a brutal diss song called “Wake” aimed directly at Drake. Jay Z, The Weeknd and Gucci Mane were also name-dropped in the song, however with not nearly as much verbal harm intended. This followed “Making a Murderer, Part 1,” Budden’s first diss of Drake, which he released late last month.
Since a lot of the tweets about Drake have been deleted since Sunday (and include vulgarity), we’ve included a screenshot of some of his timeline shortly after the Twitter spurt happened. Check it out below along with Drake's subliminal Instagram posting.
