Drake Confirms Mixtape With Future
Skies still must be cloudy in Toronto because Drake's Views From the 6 just got another major push back.
During his show at the Music Midtown Festival in Atlanta this week, the YMCMB rapper confirmed that, not only is he working on the much-anticipated mixtape with Future, but also, they're so close to releasing it, it'll drop before Drizzy's long-awaited next album.
“Take [sic] a break from Views now it’s back to that, and me and Future got a tape before that,” he announced, according to Vibe. “... Sunday will be madness.”
According to Drizzy's Instagram, What a Time to Be Alive will be availble promptly at 8 p.m. on God's day. “Sunday we're making a motherf***in' movie,” he added. It comes compelete with an OVO Sounds/Freebandz radio takeover on Apple Music at 6 p.m.
Future, too, confirmed the news with some posts, including snapshots of him and Drizzy from their studio sessions.
At least this a fan-approved delay of game.
