Pooch Hall Headed To Rehab Following DUI, Child Endangerment Arrest
Following reports of Pooch Hall's October 3 car crash, involving him and his 2-year-old son who he had steering the wheel while he was in his drunken state, the actor's plea has been revealed.
According to theJasmineBRAND.com, after reports confirmed that the former The Game star would face up to six years in prison for child endangerment and driving under the influence (DUI), the actor pleaded not guilty during his arraignment on Thursday.
His plea was made in connection to the damaging charges of one felony count of child abuse, one misdemeanor count of driving under the influence of alcohol, and driving with a .08 percent blood alcohol content.
In addition to this, the site reports that he was ordered by the LA Superior Court in Burbank, California, to stay in a treatment program over the course of the next two months and must enter into an outpatient program after his treatment program concludes. He was also ordered to attend at least two Alcoholics Anonymous meetings a week.
The Ray Donovan star was further mandated to install an ignition interlocking device that will determine whether or not he is under the influence of alcohol before he drives.
Hall is expected to appear in court, again, in December. For now, he is out on a $100,000 bond.
